1.About AAHT & Our Certifications

AAHT is a private certification body for allied health professionals. Our certifications recognize that a candidate has met AAHT's standards for a given role.

AAHT is not a government agency, and an AAHT certification is not a license. Our certifications do not guarantee employment, licensure, or any particular professional outcome. Candidates are responsible for understanding the requirements of their own state, employer, or jurisdiction.

2.Eligibility

To register for an AAHT certification examination, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age;
• Hold a diploma or equivalent credential from an entity approved by AAHT;
• Provide a valid, government-issued photo identification (passport or driver's license) for identity verification.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in denial or revocation of certification.

3.Accounts

Examinations are administered through our third-party testing platform, where you will receive a one-time account and password to access your exam. Upon registration, a corresponding record is automatically created in AAHT's system, allowing you to check your certification status and examination results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4.Fees & Payment

Certification fees are displayed at the time of registration and on the relevant certification page. The fee includes the examination and, upon passing, the certificate. Discounted pricing may be available to eligible candidates who hold qualifying active certifications.

Payments are processed securely through PayPal. AAHT does not store your full payment card details.

Retakes: If you do not pass your first attempt, you may retake the examination for a reduced retake fee. If you do not pass your second attempt, you will be required to complete a remediation course and re-apply at the full certification price. All fees are subject to change.

5.Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at the discretion of AAHT administration and may be granted in full or in part depending on the individual circumstances. The following general rules apply:

• Once an examination has been taken, no refund will be issued.
• If you have not yet taken your examination, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
• Study guides and digital materials are non-refundable.

6.Examination Conduct & Integrity

AAHT examinations are taken online under live remote proctoring, with identity verified through valid government-issued ID. To protect the integrity of our credentials, candidates must not:

• Cheat, copy, or use unauthorized materials or assistance during an examination;
• Share, reproduce, or distribute examination content;
• Misrepresent their identity or impersonate another candidate.

If a candidate is found to have cheated or otherwise violated examination integrity, the examination and any resulting certification will be invalidated, and the candidate will be required to pay the full certification price to test again.

7.Credential Ownership, Verification & Revocation

AAHT retains all rights in the certifications it issues, including the right to verify, suspend, correct, or revoke a credential at any time. AAHT may revoke or invalidate a certification — even after it has been issued — in cases of cheating, fraud, falsified information, or violation of these Terms.

Certification status may be confirmed by employers and institutions through AAHT's online verification system.

8.Text Message (SMS) Communications

By opting in through the consent checkbox on our registration form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from AAHT at the phone number provided. Messages are sent for informational purposes only and include updates about your account, certification status, exam reminders, and license renewal alerts.

Message frequency: Messages are sent infrequently and only when there is a relevant update tied to your account or credential — typically no more than 4 messages per month.

To get help: Reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@aah-tech.com. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

We do not send marketing or promotional sales messages. Message and data rates may apply. Carrier message delivery is not guaranteed.

9.Third-Party Services

AAHT relies on trusted third-party services to deliver our offerings, including a testing platform for examinations, a database system for credential records, an SMS provider for notifications, and PayPal for payment processing. Your use of our services may be subject to the terms and privacy practices of these providers.

10.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, examination materials, and study guides — is the property of AAHT or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

11.Acceptable Use & Website Security

You agree not to misuse the website. This includes not attempting to interfere with, damage, or disrupt the site or its servers; not using automated tools to scrape, probe, or access areas not intended for you; not attempting to breach the site's security or access accounts or data you are not authorized to use; and not using the site for any unlawful purpose. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using our services.

12.Disclaimers & No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. AAHT does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that certification will result in employment or any specific outcome.

13.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AAHT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to AAHT for the service giving rise to the claim.

14.Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AAHT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15.Changes to These Terms

AAHT may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes took effect. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Florida.
